easy walk

Walked 26 minutes, 1.06 miles

The program called for an easy 20 min walk, so that is what I did. I try to warm up and cool down slowly, so I added six minutes to my walk. Diet was ok today. I had a smoothie for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and suppers red beans and rice, with some beets and cottage cheese.
