walked 36 minutes, 1.68 miles
Today was my first day to walk for exercise. Last week I walked a bunch, so it was a good start for the year. I am not going to weigh every day, but only on Sunday or Monday, whichever my travel schedule allows. My goal is to lose 3 pounds a week for 3 months. If I really get in to it, I should be able to average 5 lbs a week. But I will be happy with 3 a week, that would allow me to lose 36 lbs in 3 months.
