DAY 2--- 6.6 lbs lost

wt 260.0 Slept about 3 hours again last night, so I didn't walk or ride again tonight. I didn't have any breakfast, as I just didn't feel up to eating. Lunch was a small bowl of strawberries, cantelope and watermelon, along with about 10 cherries. Dinner was half a cantelope, along with ten or so chunks of watermelon. Hopefully I will sleep tonight, and feel like walking in the morning. My goal is to get down to 200 lbs quickly. Along the way I hope to have the energy to exercise. September first is almost exactly 100 days. That seems like a good time. If I lose 40 the first 50 days, that only leaves 26 for the last 50 days. That would be 80 pounds for the year. That would leave me 4 months to lase the last 20, putting me at 100 lbs lost for the year. So far, so good!
