Starting again

I am once again going to try to lose weight. I am also once again, going to lose a lot fast. I hope to eat only raw food, and do lots of walking and bicycle riding. I got only 4 hours sleep last night, so today I did not exercise at all. I had no breakfast or lunch, as I was still full from last night's late meal(1:30am). Supper was about half a cantelope, and a small bowl of bad watermelon. Hopefully I will get a good night's sleep tonight, and be raring to go tomorrow morning.
