2 WEEKS--13.2 lbs lost

No walking yet. Knee felt a little better today, but got stiffer as the day went on, as well as more swollen. I didn't eat breakfast or lunch, as I felt stuffed after the weekends gorging. Dinner was 2 bowls of curried chicken, and a little chicken salad.
