Idiot at the farmers market!

I am losing weight faster than I really want to, and have been feeling very tired. I am sure quitting caffeine has contributed to the tiredness. Today I woke up at 4am, and I ate a banana and an apricot. Around 5:30, I went back to bed. Upon arising again at 7am, I went downstairs and walked on the treadmill. I strongly prefer walking outside, but today this was a little easier. After a shower,I had another banana, blueberries, and some cherries. Then I left for the office.
A visitng offspring and I stopped at the farmers market, and got some cherry tomatoes, scallions, kahlrabi, yellow tomatoes, and four citronnela plants. Then a quick stop at the health foof store to get raw honey and olive oil. The offspring and I loved the cherry tomatoes, and after an hour they were nearly gone. So alone this time, I walked back to the farmers market. I saw some great looking grape tomatoes and got those. About halfway back to the office, I gave in to my urges, and started eating them. I popped one in, and nearly broke a tooth on it. Same thing on the second one. And they tasted odd too! I turned around, and went back to the booth I had purchased them from. I waited until his booth was empty, and I held up my bag, and said "what are these that I just bought?" He looked at my like I was stupid, and said "tart cherries". I replied, "oh, well they are very good, I just thought I was getting grape tomatoes". I thanked him again, and walked away. All the other booths were out of the cherry tomatoes by then, so off I went.
Lunch was a banana, an orange, and I finally finished off the bag of cherries I had at the office. We had friends over for dinner, and while they all had filet for dinner, I nibbled on my spinach salad. I lost that one! I teied the salad dressing recipe I had read online. I put a equal parts of olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice in a little bowl. I added a little honey, a dried cayenne pepper, some fresh ginger, and some curry powder to it. It was kinda bland, but it at least made the spinach edible. I added blueberries and strawberries to my spinach salad which perked it up a little. Still, the filet looked much better. Our friends 8 month old boy was so fun, and seeing him for a few hours made the lack of filet more bearable.
